Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is an X-class place for central government House Rent Allowance: 30% of basic pay today. The DoE annexure of 21 July 2015 lists "Noida (CT)" for HRA on dependency, and the OM of 7 July 2017 (para 6) pays NCR towns at Delhi's X-class rate.
Noida gets the standard Transport Allowance: ₹900 a month plus DA for Levels 1 and 2 (₹1,800 if basic pay is ₹24,200 or more), ₹1,800 for Levels 3 to 8 and ₹3,600 for Levels 9 and above.
